Helping Cambodians In Need
Beth Kanter, who helped me so much during our last NCDD conference, has dedicated her life to helping the disadvantage children of Cambodia. She recently sent me this request to share with my friends and colleagues.
I am wondering if you could help me with the last leg of this marathon fundraiser for the Sharing Foundation that helps support orphaned and seriously disadvantaged kids in Cambodia. We have a chance to win $50,000 - if we get the most number of unique donors. Right now we’re in second place with 7 more days to go. I’m reaching out to my network to ask if they will blog or twitter about the campaign, ask their networks to contribute the minimum donation of $10. The contest ends on January 31st. If there is any way that you might consider letting your network know about this project, I’d be very grateful! So would a lot of kids in Cambodia.

It’s a good cause. Worth taking a minute to learn about.
