Uploaded New Design

Here’s the new design. Still tweaking it so there may be a few rough edges for the next couple of days. Having fun, though.

More:  I’ve had two questions about the design (yay! I have two readers!)  So I thought I would say a couple of things about the design.  

I created it using a program called Fireworks.  It was originally a Macromedia program but is now owned and sold by Adobe.  I’ve been using it for years and years (going back before I could afford Adobe’s tools).  Its like a really old habit that I’ve given up trying to break.  It does a fine job, especially for web graphics.

The design is not really based on anything in particular.  I’ve seen similar designs for narrow, one-column pages.  I just wanted something slick and easy to change when I get tired of it, but original enough to claim as my own.  The design is built with a handful of images and some very simple CSS.

And who is snow monkey?  Well, I’ll get to that later… 

Even more: Ok, yeah, now I see the resemblance to the iPhone.  I don’t own one so I was unaware of its blue color scheme.  To be honest the color styles I used here are packaged with Fireworks.  I chose blue because its a winter color.  Sigh.
