My Answers to Questions I’m Posing to Others

Do you have a blog, either personal or professional? If not, have you considered it?

I shepherd two professional blogs for NCDD, the main page news blog & the events blog.  I also have recently replaced my personal blog with this Tumblr blog.

What is your favorite computer platform? and, do you utilize many web-based tools or software? Do you have a favorite web tool?

I am a Mac user who has used computers for school, work and play since 1983, and I have been relying more and more on web tools to simplify my work and increase productivity.  At the end of last year, I became fascinated with the simpler tools with which you can share your life.  This Tumblr blog is my favorite example.

Are you interested in either organizing or participating in a pre-conference online dialogue and deliberation event?

I hope we can come up with six educational events, starting in March or April.   I really want to share the best of online dialogue and deliberation with the greater dialogue and deliberation community.

As a dialogue and deliberation practitioner, what areas of technology are you most interesting in either working with or learning more about?

I been thinking a lot about organized (moderated/facilitated) small group online dialogues.
