Yay! TaskPaper (for iPhone) submitted to Apple.
I’ve tried a lot of Note Taking / List Making applications for my Mac, but none have ever resonated with me like Taskpaper. Its just your basic outliner, but designed with such style and simplicity that, for day-to-day use, it has replaced every tool I have on my system, even the far more complex and powerful OmniOutliner.
Taskpaper is finally coming to the iPhone and I can’t wait…
Reblogged from hogbaysoftware:
TaskPaper is a surprisingly adept to-do list with a paper-like user experience. Other to-do apps start with a database and build up; TaskPaper starts with a sheet of paper and builds down.

If all goes well the release date will be Feb 17th, that’s the prefered release date that I submitted. I’ll be winter camping for a few days before that, and didn’t want it released when I was away or just headed away.
A quick note on the price. I know $30 sounds like a lot for a simple outliner, but for Taskpaper it really is worth it. The value is found in how this app was designed and how smoothly it works. Live with it for a month and you’ll see what I mean.
